Customer Information

When reserving a vehicle, joining one of our programs, or enrolling in our emailing list, we need to collect certain information about you in order to provide the specific service that you have requested. We make every reasonable effort to protect this information on your behalf.

Email Policy

Top Drive will only send email to your address once you have made a reservation and supplied us with your email address. This address is used to identify you and offer you a printable version of your reservation confirmation. You may also receive emails about promotions, or if you sign up to receive our e-newsletter. If you wish to have your name removed from our e-newsletter mailing list, send an email to info@arubatopdrive.com. We do not share your email address with any third party.

Credit Card Policy

When making a reservation with a valid credit card, the individual named on the credit card will be the primary renter and must sign the rental agreement. A temporary deposit of $300 or $500 will be placed on your credit card (this is a hold not a charge). Upon completion of the rental agreement, the deposit will be released, provided that no damages/losses has occurred as a result of accidents or incidents during your rental period. Please note that deposit refunds may take up to 30 business days due to international banking regulations and the policies of your issuing bank. 

Cookie Policy

As is the standard for many major websites, this website may employ the use of "cookies". These "cookies" are files that are sent to your computer to store data about your visit to our site. This data can help to speed your rental process, such as remembering you when you return to this site. You have the ability to disable cookies, or have the browser that you are using inform you of when a cookie is being sent to your computer. You may also delete these cookies from your computer at any time. However, if you delete or disable cookies on your computer, you may reduce the functionality of our website.

Third Party Policy

If you "click" on a link that directs you to a third party site, the privacy policy and its usage for the site will then apply. Top Drive will not be responsible for any information gathered on these sites. Please check each site for its own privacy policy.
